Liquid injection molding is LIM molding. It uses liquid silica gel as raw material. It adopts automatic feeding method and side glue or point gate glue feeding method. The mold structure is more complicated.
The mold structure can be divided into two-plate mold and three-plate mold according to the mold opening method.

The upper mold contains panel, cooling plate, heat insulation plate, heating plate (upper template), heating rod and guide post (positioning system);
The lower mold contains the lower template, heat insulation board, temperature sensing wire and base.
